Test Site Update

This is an update on where things stand with the test site. The test ad and a few others were placed on Wednesday April 16. Their TOS say 2 to 5 business days for ads to be posted. It is now Wednesday April 23. The ads should have gone up yesterday at the latest. Ads placed at this same site on April 15 also haven't been posted. If the ad is not posted by the close of business on Friday April 25 I will name the site. I am hopeful that the ad will be posted and this site can be tested as to whether or not you get all of the hits to your website, blog etc. that you have purchased.
The reason for this testing came about when I placed ads for certain articles I had published and the hit counts at the publisher and those for my link at the ad site varied greatly. At the test site in the past I have placed 4 ads at the same time and they have appeared together in the list, yet the hit counts varied by over 100 hits between the ads.
I think it is important for everyone to know if an ad site is short-changing them and not giving you what you have purchased.

Good Sites & Updates

A really good ad only site is called Your Ads. You get .05 per click plus .05 per referral click. They have lots of ads to click on every day. Your ad credits add up very quickly here. Ads are posted very quickly which is an added bonus compared to some sites.
Another good site is clicks4ads. You get .06 per click and they have a lot of ads to choose from. I found that my ads get posted very quickly.

UPDATES: ChangeOfMoney has lowered the value of clicks to .02 for your clicks and .01 for referral clicks. It takes a few days for ads to be posted which doesn't work well if the ad you are posting is time sensitive. This site is better for advertising your blog or main website as opposed to something you want out quickly.

NEW: I have started a secret blog that I am using to check various ads sites to make sure you are getting the amount of visitors you paid for. This site is only going to be advertised at one site at a time. The number of clicks is going to be monitored in three ways.
1. The clicks listed on that particular ad site.
2. The clicks counted at the bottom of the page using a free hit counter.
3. As well as a hit counter that is not shown on the site.
Once the test has been completed the results and name of the site will be posted here. I guess the first test will be to see if this site actually posted this ad in the first place. If the ad is rejected the only possible reason would be they are not giving you the clicks you purchased. Either way the name of the site and the results will be posted here so bookmark this site and check back frequently.

Changes and New Sites

There have been a lot of changes and new sites since I updated the last post. HiperBux has gone back to .03 per click. The .07 per click was nice while it lasted. Hope you got in on it. On a brighter note ChangeOfMoney has raised it's rate to .03 per click, up from .02. When you have a credit of $4.00 you can place an ad for 500 visitors. There's a lot of ads so you'll be placing ads and getting traffic to your site in no time!
Clicks4Ads is a new site paying .06 per click and they have a lot of ads to click. Another new site is BuxMafia giving you .05 per click. They don't have a lot of ads yet and are still working out some of the bugs in their system. When you convert to ads on the site the site owner will email you to send the information via email. It's no big deal, just an extra step. The one advantage I found with only having a few ads on the site is that your ad doesn't get lost in a sea of ads. But hey, 1,000 visitors is 1,000 visitors no matter how they found your site, they found it and that's the main thing.
EZRefs has taken over the .07 per click territory since HiperBux backed out. They have a ton of ads so it won't be long before you're adding yours to the list.
Some of the changes I've made to the blog are putting the links at the side where they are easier to access. I've included a section of links that pay you cash as well for those that are interested. You can also use your earnings to buy ads on these sites as well.
I don't think it is possible to click all the links at all the sites listed. There's just too many of them!! And lets face it, it's boring, tedious and monotonous but well worth it. To break up the monotony I'm going to include some fun links as well. The first one is for a site called Moola. They give you a free penny to start you off. You play simple games against others with the same amount of money as you, winner take all. The idea is to try to keep doubling your free penny to over 10 million dollars. The site is by invitation only. The link at the side will take you to my invitations. Don't worry if you lose your free penny, they'll give you another one. If you use their seach bar you might get to spin the wheel of fortune or money wheel for real cash. It's a nice break from time to time.
My favorite ad that I found recently was for something called rollercoaster pricing. If you don't like the price you just hit the refresh button and the price either goes up or down. When you get to a price you think is the lowest or that you're willing to pay you just click the buy button and get it for that price. I don't know how much time I wasted hitting the refresh button but it was a nice diversion.

Do Search Engines Know you Exist??

Do you want to increase the traffic to your blog or website?? Where do you start. How will people know you exist?? You have a really great product to sell but how are potential customers supposed to find you when you’re number 9,465,083 on a Google search?? If the search engines can't find you then how are potential customers??

It's a catch 22 really, you need to be popular to be near the top of search engine results and for that you need traffic. You need people coming to your website and sticking around for a while. Advertising is expensive and it comes with no guarantees anyone will even go to your web page or blog. If you can just get enough hits to climb the search engine ladder and be within landing distance you might stand a chance at making the public aware that you exist.

You could buy the latest program, ebook, seminar series being hocked by the latest "internet guru of the day" for only $99.97, $49.95, $19.98 or maybe even $9.97. Will it work or is it all hype just to get your money? Who knows for sure.

The first thing you're going to want to do is get a hit counter if you don't already have one. You can get an easy to use one at www.simplehitcounters.com.They have many styles and colors available and, as the name suggests, free. Keep track of how many hits you get each day for about a week so you'll be able to see how much your traffic increases by.

You are about to enter the world of paid to click advertising. These sites are all completely free to join. There are a few rules to follow so always read the terms of service (TOS). Usually you are only allowed on account per IP address. If you have multiple accounts you will be banned. You the human has to do the clicking, not an automatic "click bot" They have ways of catching you cheating so don't even try it. Also you can only view one ad at a time.

First you need to register for each site, a very easy process. You'll also need a PayPal or AlertPay account in case you want to buy ads on their site. There are link to the payment processor each site uses on the registration form. These accounts are free to sign up for and perfectly secure.

Once registered and you log in you will go to "surf ads" Here you will click on links that have been placed by other members or outside advertisers. When you click on a link a new window will open to display the advertisers site. A timer will start on the top of the page. These usually run for 20 or 30 seconds. When the timer reaches 0 you have to wait for a check mark, dollar sign or similar symbol to appear before your account is credited.

Each site pays different amounts for each page view and different rates for placing your own ads. One of my favorite sites is called BUX. They credit you .07 per page viewed and they have well over 100 links for you to click on a daily basis. As soon as you reach $5.00, you can place your own ad for 1,000 member clicks. What this means is that you will get 1,000 hits to your web site or blog. Each member can only click on your ad once every 24 hours until your 1,000 clicks runs out. Only member clicks are counted towards your clicks. Clicks on your ad by non-members are unlimited. This means you could get a lot more than the 1,000 hits you signed up for. At BUX when you click on 72 links you will have enough credits accumulated for your 1,000 hits!! The timer at BUX runs for 20 seconds per ad. This means that in just over half an hour, depending on the speed of your internet connection and the speed of your computer, you could be placing your own ad to get 1,000 visitors to your web site or blog. Placing an ad is simple. Go to the members area and click on convert to ads. There's a space for you to type in the title for your ad and a place for you to enter the link to your web site or blog. I suggest doing a copy/paste of the address to avoid any errors.

HiperBux is another good site where you can have your ads up in very little time. They credit your account now .07 for every link you click on. Their timer also runs for 20 seconds. As soon as you reach 1.00 you can place an ad for 100 hits. So after you view 34 ads you can place your own ad for 100 visitors. In about 15 minutes you could be placing your ad to get you 100 hits. So far you've spent no money and less than 1 hour to get 1,100 hits on your web site. There are a few more sites that I would like to tell you about. At the above 2 sites it can take up to 2 days for your ads to be posted. These sites have to first review your site and make sure you've complied with their term of service.

One site that will post your ad immediately is CashWebs. They ad new ads all day and night long. You receive .01 for every link you click on and their timer runs for 30 seconds. As soon as you accumulate $0.50 you can place your ad for 50 hits. With CashWebs they reward your loyalty. If you show up and click links on a regular basis you will get more links to click. It's always good to accumulate ad credits here because your ad goes up immediately. Let's say your site or blog is very close to beating it's all time daily hit record. Another good site is called RefBux. They credit you .01 for every link you click. They also have a 20 second timer and over 200 ads. What sets this site apart from the others is the different ad packages available. 100 hits for $1.00, 200 hits for $1.50, 500 hits for $3.00, 1,000 hits for $5.00 or 2,000 hits for $8.00. They also have a members clicking contest. After the membership hits a certain number of clicks, the member who had the lucky click wins credits into their account. You can spend as little or as much time as you want to pursue getting traffic to your site. All without spending a dime.
